dbkks Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

By accessing the dbkks platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the dbkks platform.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are at least 21 years of age, and that your use of the dbkks platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and a translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

The dbkks platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. By registering for an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. dbkks reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement is not met. Any winnings accrued on an account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold one dbkks account only. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same name, contact details, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, dbkks reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and game activity conducted through those accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for a dbkks account, including your legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. dbkks may conduct identity verification checks at any time and may require submission of documentary evidence to support the information provided during registration.

To access the full features of the dbkks platform, you must register for an account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Registration requires you to create a password and accept these Terms and Conditions. dbkks reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dbkks account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dbkks will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. You must notify dbkks immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

dbkks may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity and age verification before processing withdrawals, activating bonus offers, or continuing platform access. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photographic identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

dbkks accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via accepted methods are credited to your dbkks wallet in real time or within a short processing period as disclosed at the point of deposit. dbkks does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in your name.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit to your account. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are as disclosed in the platform's payment information section. dbkks reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have been verified in accordance with clause 3.3 of these Terms and Conditions.

All transactions on the dbkks platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a conversion is required — for example, when a game is operated by a provider in a different base currency — the conversion rate applied will be disclosed to you at the time of the transaction. dbkks is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider.

Bonuses and promotional offers made available through the dbkks platform are subject to individual offer terms, which will be disclosed at the time the bonus is presented to you. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. dbkks reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or void any bonus offer at any time.

All bonuses issued by dbkks are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be specified in the individual offer terms. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (and, where applicable, the deposit amount) that must be wagered before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer terms.

Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting system errors or glitches in connection with a bonus, or placing bets that constitute a pattern of low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, will result in the voiding of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension or termination.

You must not use the dbkks platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions. Without limitation, the following conduct is expressly prohibited: (a) use of automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform; (b) collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game; (c) use of the platform to launder money or conduct any other fraudulent financial activity; (d) any conduct that disrupts or negatively affects the experience of other users of the platform; (e) impersonating dbkks staff or any other user.

Where dbkks reasonably suspects that a user is engaging in prohibited conduct, dbkks reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the user's account, void all pending bets and game activity, withhold and forfeit any balance held in the account pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law. dbkks's determination in matters of prohibited conduct is final subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms and Conditions.

dbkks is committed to responsible gaming. The platform makes available to all account holders the following responsible gaming tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your account settings. dbkks encourages all players to use these tools to manage their gaming activity and to seek help promptly if they feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives.

The dbkks platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21. dbkks employs age verification procedures at registration and may request additional verification at any point during a user's account tenure. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dbkks platform for its intended purpose of online gaming and sports betting. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the dbkks platform without the express written consent of dbkks.

dbkks strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. dbkks shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of the platform being unavailable, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or any other cause beyond dbkks's reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbkks's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the dbkks platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your dbkks account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. In no event shall dbkks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, howsoever arising.

dbkks reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dbkks will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to account holders via the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Your continued use of the dbkks platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

You may close your dbkks account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. dbkks reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at dbkks's sole discretion.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the dbkks platform, you should contact the dbkks support team in the first instance at [email protected], providing full details of the matter. dbkks will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before resorting to any formal legal proceedings. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
